This training regime is perfect for serious golfers and weekend warriors, just looking to continue playing the game pain free! 

Designed by Adam Jaco, each session includes strengthening the mid-section and legs, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion in your torso. The program also reduces the chance of golf-related injuries, builds cardio fitness, increases bone density, and reduces joint and back pain.
